1. Description of Storage Rack Roll Forming Machine

The storage rack roll forming machine includes a 3-ton manual decoiler, a leveling device, a hydraulic punch with servo feeding, forming, and post-cutting, a plc controller, a hydraulic station, and a receive table.

The working speed of the frame machine is about 6~8m/min

2). The bottom frame adopts an 82mm solid shaft and H-shaped steel as the bottom frame, so the machine can withstand long-term production without deformation, thus ensuring the long-term production of the frame
3). The rollers are processed by CNC machine tools to ensure the accuracy of the rollers, thereby ensuring the accuracy of the frame.
4). Our cutting frame and perforating frame have been stress-relieved to ensure that they will not be deformed during the long-term production process so that the final frame becomes smooth.
5). Using Mitsubishi or Siemens operating system, stable performance, simple operation, input length, and quantity once, automatic production by frame machine, cutting length tolerance within ±2mm
